John Hickey of POSitive Software Company recently announced on the SoftVelocity newsgroups that the software - TimeSavers Scheduler - procedure/Template solution for your scheduling needs - is now open source.

This coupled with his company’s ongoing generous hosting of NetTalk Central (forum for discussions of CapeSoft’s NetTalk product) is a tremendous boost to Clarion developers and we say a hearty thanks from all of us in the Clarion community for these magnanimous contributions! Very much appreciated!

John’s recent quote about TimeSavers Scheduler follows:

“For those who want it now, the password to install is inspectorgadget and it can be downloaded at www.clarioncentral.com.

I will be putting together a password-free install soon. For those who have made tweaks over the years, I will have a forum up where these changes can be posted and the product improved by the community. The new website should be up within a few days.

Basically, I don’t have time to improve and support the product, and thought it would be a good idea to turn it over to the clarion community. Thanks to everyone for your support of this product over the years!

We do have other products which will remain for sale, Scheduler is the only product that is open source.
